The message for 2006
Staying centred allows the world to spin
around you and not in you.
When it is in you it spins you out.
This causes you to be part of all that is in it
when in truth you are not of it.
When the spin has you, you belong to the miasma that fogs the mind with illusion and thus forces one to identify
with glamour to know who one is…
what great illusion this absurd tail chasing is!
Who you are is in the centre.
It is found in the inner-heart and hence,
if you allow the spin to be within,
you no longer have that which can truly identify you.
The key to being centred is
the gentle breath
And the key to keeping this centre is
to Observe and not Absorb
Life is to be expressed, with the light of the soul,
in response to what is observed.
It is not a reaction to what is absorbed.
The reaction occurs because the human spirit and
its personality associates with what it has absorbed
due to sympathy and empathy. Ponder on this.
Keeping this simple message in mind and acted from the heart will hold the New Year in good stead and the assurance of a greater and more joyous and prosperous time.
